Administrative Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join eTeam as an Administrative Support Specialist. You will work closely with internal teams to understand how to link training packs to a digital folder and report on % completion at a higher level.
Your responsibilities will include scanning safety critical training certificates into a folder, ensuring no gaps across sites, and reporting on progress at weekly meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
