Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at Jan Forster Estates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the residential estate agency sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the residential estate agency sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literate and competent in Microsoft applications.
  • Driving licence essential.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
