Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process including job posting and screening resumes.
  • Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support.
  • Lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance, and remuneration management.
  • Proactively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an HR function to support the senior manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • Proficiency with human resource information systems and other relevant software including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with employees, management, and external parties.
  • High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
