We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business performance and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver organizational development programs that support business objectives.
  • Conduct HR-related investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
