Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team in Bournemouth, Dorset. As an HR Advisor (Pay & Reward), you will play a crucial role in the Pay and Reward project team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the Reward and benefits transformational project effectively and efficiently.
Job OverviewThis is a long-term contract opportunity that offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility while working on-site and remotely. The successful candidate will be required to live locally and work collaboratively with the team in Bournemouth.
Responsibilities- Reviewing policy and making recommendations to enhance the reward and benefits framework.
- Leading small projects within the wider project to drive success and efficiency.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the delivery of the Reward and benefits transformational project.
- A strong background in HR or Reward & Benefits, with experience in reviewing policy and making recommendations.
- Ability to lead on small projects, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information to large audiences.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to translate data into charts and graphs to present findings to stakeholders.
- High level of resilience, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An initial contract through to the end of March 2025.
- PAYE or Umbrella options available.
- Flexible working arrangements, with 1-2 days on-site in Bournemouth and homeworking opportunities.
- The option to work either 30 hours or 37 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
