Job Summary:
Austin Fraser seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to join its expanding finance team. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing Group and multi-site payrolls, as well as resolving complex payroll queries. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive guidance on payroll legislation, ensuring compliance and efficient operations.

Key Job Tasks:
  1. Lead the processing of Group and multi-site payrolls, meeting tight deadlines;
  2. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management via phone and email;
  3. Offer authoritative advice on payroll matters, including employee benefits and salary sacrifice arrangements.

Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should hold significant experience in payroll management, preferably across multiple sites. Your technical knowledge of payroll systems and processes is crucial. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail, will enable you to resolve complex payroll issues efficiently.
