Job Summary:

Oakleaf Partnership seeks a highly skilled Compensation and Incentives Professional to drive its compensation and benefits strategy forward. As a key member of the rewards team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's total rewards offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement cyclical reward processes, including annual salary and bonus reviews.
  2. Lead benefits renewals and implementations, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes.
  3. Manage bonus calculations, communicate bonuses, and provide comprehensive bonus reporting.
  4. Oversee salary surveys and benefits surveys, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking exercises using the Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  6. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the leadership team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  7. Support the international team with reward requirements, fostering a global understanding of total rewards strategies.
  8. Work collaboratively with the Head of Reward on various reward projects, driving innovation and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in a reward role, preferably with exposure to both compensation and benefits.
  • A strong background working in a company with hourly paid employees.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience using the Willis Towers Watson methodology for benchmarking.
  • International experience is highly desirable.

Total Rewards Package: The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus, along with hybrid working arrangements and exceptional company benefits.

Office Location: Based in our London office, with the option to work from home three days a week.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
