Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Calderdale Older People Community Mental Health Team at the Laura Mitchell Health and Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist medical care to older adults with mental health needs and work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will be included on the GMC Specialist Register for older adult psychiatry or within six months of gaining CCT, hold a valid UK driving licence, demonstrate emotional intelligence and leadership skills, have cared for close family/friend with mental health needs, and possess an MB BS or equivalent medical qualification. This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
