We are currently seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team at Beckly House in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled individual to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

Job Summary
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs. You will be responsible for delivering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach, providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all.

About the Role
As a Care and Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can develop your skills and knowledge in delivering outstanding healthcare. You will be working full-time, 42 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, days only, including every other weekend. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives. You should be an excellent communicator and a good team player, sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating, and varied environment. Passionate about empowering and supporting service user independence, you will have the ability to learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way. You will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
