About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled and empathetic Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs at our Beckly House service in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote service user independence and well-being.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on service user progress and any concerns or incidents.
  • Providing guidance and support to service users, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
