Mental Health Worker

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care & Support Worker to join our team at Beckly House in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
This is a full-time position working 42 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on days only, including every other weekend. As a Care & Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with their daily living activities and promoting independence
- Supporting individuals with their medical and welfare needs
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00-£12.25 per hour (rising to £12.25 after probation), ongoing training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
