**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support teachers in the classroom and provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Work with small groups of students to deliver targeted interventions and activities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students who are experiencing difficulty with their behavior or emotional well-being
