Dynamic Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our team at the Communications International Group (CIG). This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead revenue growth for one of our market-leading publications, Independent Community Pharmacist.
About the Role:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs to increase market share and revenue for the magazine and its associated website.
- Build and maintain market knowledge to identify new opportunities.
- Promote the magazine through creative and high-quality promotional campaigns.
- Sell sponsorship packages for the prestigious annual Independent Pharmacy Awards.
- Monitor and control advertisement department costs to stay within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive decision-making and planning.
- Manage production details and ensure timely delivery of advertisement copy.
About You:
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
- Strong market knowledge and persuasive presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with production processes and advertising best practices.
- Demonstrate a structured approach to sales, maintaining and growing sales strategy and tactics.
- Good digital awareness.
What We Offer:
- Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
