Job Title: Dynamic Sales Leader - Healthcare Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our team at the Communications International Group (CIG). This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead revenue growth for one of our market-leading publications, Independent Community Pharmacist.

About the Role:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs to increase market share and revenue for the magazine and its associated website.
  • Build and maintain market knowledge to identify new opportunities.
  • Promote the magazine through creative and high-quality promotional campaigns.
  • Sell sponsorship packages for the prestigious annual Independent Pharmacy Awards.
  • Monitor and control advertisement department costs to stay within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive decision-making and planning.
  • Manage production details and ensure timely delivery of advertisement copy.

About You:

  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
  • Strong market knowledge and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with production processes and advertising best practices.
  • Demonstrate a structured approach to sales, maintaining and growing sales strategy and tactics.
  • Good digital awareness.
