Job Overview

Fintech-Rec Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Head of Desk to lead our team in generating leads, closing deals, and providing bespoke solutions to corporate clients.

This role requires a hands-on approach, where you'll actively engage with key decision-makers in the FX realm, managing the sales team's performance, setting targets, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Lead the sales team, ensuring CRM management, call scheduling, and target achievement.
  • Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in FX Corporate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
  • The ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to business growth.
