Corporate Sales Leader

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of 5 in driving revenue growth for our corporate clients. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you'll engage with key decision-makers to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
About the Role- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to foster business relationships with prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet target performance metrics.
- Manage the sales team's performance, setting targets and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
- Ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Competitive salary up to $90,000, plus uncapped commissions and company pension.
