Business Development Representative

About the Role:
National Corporate Housing is a leading provider of temporary housing solutions for global business travel and corporate relocations. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with our local market team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies
* Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
* Manage and implement referral and strategic property management programs with targeted local properties and property management companies
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of professional sales experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel as needed
