Corporate Sales Leadership Opportunity

Corporate Rapido is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our corporate sales efforts in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate clients, driving business growth, and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
