About the Role

As a Territory Manager for OLYMPUS EUROPA SE & CO. KG's Endotherapy product range, you will be responsible for driving direct sales in the London territory.

Your primary duties include demonstrating equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, conducting meetings with business and procurement managers to grow market share, and providing advanced product training and ongoing after-sales support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage sales opportunities within your territory to successful completion.
  • Represent the organisation at face-to-face/virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to meet customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions.
  • Strategically manage customer relationships and sales activities, leveraging our CRM to effectively manage the business on territory.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate experience in a field sales environment within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, balancing multiple demands and priorities.
  • Possess a full UK driving license.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
