We are seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings professional who can lead our team in delivering top-tier service and driving growth and market share. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Residential Sales and Lettings, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the branch, identifying areas for improvement, and overseeing all aspects of sales and lettings. You will also carry out property market appraisals and viewings, monitor and motivate the Sales and Lettings team, and set and review office and personal targets.
