Sales Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective solicitation and negotiation techniques.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain and participate in active sales solicitation programs.
- Initiate and follow up on leads in a timely manner, showcasing your excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Regularly contact existing accounts and contacts to drive transient and group business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed set revenue goals across various segments.
- Knowledge of company sales policies and SOPs.
- Full working knowledge of hotel operations and its policies.
- A competitive salary of £75,000 per annum.
