Sales Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective solicitation and negotiation techniques.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and participate in active sales solicitation programs.
  • Initiate and follow up on leads in a timely manner, showcasing your excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Regularly contact existing accounts and contacts to drive transient and group business.
Key Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed set revenue goals across various segments.
  • Knowledge of company sales policies and SOPs.
  • Full working knowledge of hotel operations and its policies.
