Strategic Client Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing department strategy to constantly evolve and improve all aspects of the department.

- Managing client account distribution department-wide
- Identifying needs clients may not recognize and ensuring approaches and solutions are linked to objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of line management experience
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience of dealing with high-level client issues and the ability to troubleshoot successfully
- Understanding and working with clients to identify and develop growth strategies
- Competence in decision-making and the authority to take control of complex situations and projects
- Ability to manage, coach, and develop other members of staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially at a high level
- In-depth, practical knowledge of affiliate marketing
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- An understanding of Awin culture and ethos
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
