We are seeking a Strategic Client Development Lead to drive our client relationship programme and collaborate with top-class partners across top-tier sectors within our global law firm.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving client growth and implementing the firm's strategy, working closely with Directors, Sector Lead Partners, and other senior stakeholders to leverage opportunities across their network.

About the Role:

  • Provide tactical and strategic advice to deliver on the Clients & Markets Strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and market trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for key sectors, assessing present and future needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead the Client Relationship Managers and Business Development sector team, ensuring consistent and quality support.
  • Represent the firm at a senior level, contributing to the vision and strategy of Clients and Sectors.

Requirements:

  • Substantial business development and client development experience within a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm.
  • Strong client development focus and proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially astute with a strong track record in growing existing and new business.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on experience.
