About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Client Partnership Lead to join our team at Neon Nyc. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration across all stakeholders. Your expertise will help drive business growth and development through strategic partnerships and strong relationship management.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will also work closely with our Account Directors to deliver high-quality projects on-time, on-budget, and in-line with our standards and systems.

Client Management & Business Acumen

You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness through your ability to understand client businesses, industries, and project requirements. This knowledge will enable you to develop tailored solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business success.

Project Management & Collaboration

You will actively participate in briefing projects into the agency, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder management. Your expertise in creative briefings, presentations, and project delivery will ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in healthcare advertising or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Cross-medium creative awareness and understanding of emerging technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Proficient in major Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
