About the Opportunity

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and initiatives to improve Customer Success activities and processes, resulting in better customer health, higher retention, and expansion rates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and evolve the customer journey to scale internal processes supporting hundreds of premium employers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption across recruiting teams and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver results-driven solutions.
Your Background

We seek a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management managing complex Enterprise and/or Strategic accounts.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German desired.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Client Success Lead - Strategic Partnerships, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year depending on location and experience.
