About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team at the Chesamel Group. As a key member of our Account Management team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the Account Director to build long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of client businesses, industries, and markets to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, client development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
