Guest Service Coordinator

The esteemed Jumeirah Carlton Tower is recruiting a dedicated Guest Service Coordinator to excel in this challenging role.
About the Position:- Requires at least 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in a 5-Star Front Office or Reservations Department.
- High-level proficiency in English language skills.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a demanding workload, and meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of approximately £23,500 - £28,200 per annum, accompanied by an attractive service charge.
- Up to 28 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.

- Process and update reservations, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
- Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers, and credit requests according to hotel policy.
- Process SynXis reservations and extranet messages accurately.
- Be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures.
- Ensure compliance with reservations standards and system input requirements.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations teams regarding VIP guests and room allocations.
- Identify sales leads from reservations and relay to the sales department.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and provide necessary information for the accounts department.
