Clinical Workforce Analyst

We are recruiting for a Clinical Workforce Analyst to join our Medical Workforce Team at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
In this role, you will support the analysis and interpretation of workforce data, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive quality improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Produce data from our systems as required to assist with system queries and training.
- Provide guidance on all aspects of HealthMedics and Activity Manager software.
- Maintain systems and databases as required and produce accurate and timely information as requested.
- Receive, triage and resolve HealthMedics support calls.
- Support the Medical Workforce Service Manager [HealthMedics] in the development and delivery of training programmes.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus benefits. The trust has been granted teaching hospital status, demonstrating its commitment to teaching and education.
