About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to join our team as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the School of Health and Care Sciences and the Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health to deliver a 5-year project funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).

About the Project

The project aims to address workforce challenges in Allied Health Professions, with a focus on improving services for underserved communities. You will contribute to shaping future health and care workforce research, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex research projects, utilizing qualitative research methods
  • Engage with stakeholders, including NHS professionals and community groups
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives

We are looking for an individual with a PhD in a relevant field, HCPC registration, and experience working clinically within an NHS environment. Your expertise in delivering complex research projects and engaging with qualitative research methods will be invaluable to this role.

This is a hybrid working position, offering flexibility while requiring regular onsite presence in Lincoln. We value collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and we encourage applicants who share these values.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
