At Gray Healthcare Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Salary: £3,000 per annum (pro rata) + benefits
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a new team of mental health support workers within the Lincoln area to support a young lady in her 20s who has a diagnosis of EUPD and Sensory Processing Disorder. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support 24 hours a day, promoting independence and empowerment while ensuring the individual's physical and emotional well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour, be able to build strong relationships, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in social care, ideally within mental health, would be advantageous, as would experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours.
