We are seeking an empathetic and patient Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school setting.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their emotional well-being and achieve their full potential.
- Support the development of students with SEMH and SEN.
- Interact with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach.
- Manage challenging behaviour and be a positive role model.
- Contribute to the personal and educational development of students.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for mental health advocacy.
- Understanding of SEMH and SEN.
