Mental Health Transport Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Support Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our secure patient transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and respectful transport of patients to various healthcare settings.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of patients. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect at all times. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Provide safe and respectful transport of patients to various healthcare settings
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect at all times
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care
• Demonstrate resilience and ability to work as part of a team effectively
