About the Role

Job Overview: We are looking for experienced, caring and committed Mental Health Transport Assistants with an engaging approach who are keen to enhance their skills within the Mental Health sector. Whilst previous experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke accredited training will be provided by our dedicated team of experienced trainers.

Key Responsibilities: You will need to be a passionate, empathetic and a highly motivated individual who thrives working in a close-knit team to deliver exceptional quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for taking patients on a journey from one setting to another with safety, care, respect, consideration and empathy to make that transition as smooth as it possibly can be. There may be times when trained techniques need to be used for the patients' safety, either in a place of safety, a vehicle or other settings.
