Healthcare Support Specialist

As a Healthcare Support Specialist at Acuity Care Group Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting adults and children with various disabilities, including learning disabilities, autism, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health conditions. The estimated salary for this role is £15.75 per hour, based on market rates in Lincoln.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and housekeeping
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Communicating effectively with individuals and other team members
- Maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Team leader experience within the healthcare sector
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
