Clinical Apprentice Facilitator

We are looking for an experienced registered professional to join our team within the Talent Academy on a fixed term contract in the role of Clinical Apprentice Facilitator.
In this role you will be responsible for the recruitment process, on-boarding and induction of our entry level clinical apprentices, which will include our Nursing Cadets and New to Care Health Care Support Workers.
Working alongside our Apprenticeship providers, you will support the Talent Academy in achieving the growth in our clinical apprenticeship provision, as identified by the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.
You will support the concept of continuing professional development through the delivery of relevant programmes of education and training across the Trust (cross site working), and will work clinically alongside registered and non-registered staff promoting and delivering education practice and the implementation of policies to ensure a "workforce that is fit for purpose and practice".
Actively facilitate the recruitment, on-boarding and induction of our new entry level clinical apprentices.
Actively facilitate apprentice development by ensuring all staff receive an effective and robust induction.
Actively facilitate apprentice development and support through clinical supervision and act as a supervisor and mentor.
Ensure all apprentices undertake and complete a comprehensive local induction programme.
Communicate effectively with the Clinical Education Team, Matrons, Clinical Teams, Medical and AHP staff and divisional management teams.
Share best practice across the Trust.
