Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our award-winning Clinical Assessment Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs through telephone consultations, utilizing their professional clinical judgment.
Key responsibilities include providing skilled and effective assessments of patients presenting clinical need, offering accurate advice and health information to empower patients to act upon the advice given, and facilitating clear patient pathways through primary, community, urgent, and secondary care.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models, as well as 'earn while you learn' apprenticeship programs to support career development and progress.
A competitive salary of £42,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
