Research Administrator Position

Are you a motivated Allied Health Professional seeking a challenging role in healthcare workforce research?
About the RoleWe are seeking an HCPC registered Allied Health Professional with a PhD to join our team as a Post-Doctorate Research Associate. You will work closely with colleagues in the School of Health and Care Sciences and the Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health to deliver on a 5-year NIHR funded project aimed at transforming services to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved communities.
The successful candidate will have experience of working clinically within an NHS and complex health system environment, as well as delivering on complex research projects and engaging with qualitative research methods.
This is a hybrid working role with flexibility, but you will be expected to regularly work onsite in Lincoln to effectively connect with others in the research team.
Salary: £37,999 pro rata (dependent on experience)
