About the Role: The Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Rostering Implementation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the utilisation of the HealthRoster system and new developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the HealthRoster system across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical leaders and IT teams.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning and scheduling.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational politics.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum.
