About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Workforce Administrator to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of the Medical Workforce Team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the HealthMedics roll out, acting as the first point of contact for queries, and providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HealthMedics and Activity Manager software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce information from our systems as required, to assist with system queries and training.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the Trust to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HealthMedics and Activity Manager software, as well as having a general knowledge of other Medical Workforce queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience, including maintaining databases and using electronic systems.
  • Experience of communicating with individuals at both junior and senior levels within an organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness and knowledge of the dignity in care agenda and ability to evidence key values and behaviours in line with the Trust framework.
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is £24,071 to £25,674 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. The post also offers flexible working hours and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the NHS.
