Health Rostering Implementation Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Resourcing & Staffing Solutions Lead to ensure seamless integration of the HealthRoster system.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on the effective use of the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
