Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing activities and outings that promote a fun and constructive leisure time for our residents. They will work closely with colleagues to ensure the provision of high-quality care and will drive our minibuses for external activities.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and employee discount savings.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be knowledgeable about suitable activities and pastimes to support mental health service users and be confident in your approach to working with challenging behaviors.
