These roles will compliment and add value to our existing programmes and modes of delivery and will play an important role in the ongoing education and development of our clinical colleagues across a breadth of disciplines where appropriate.
There will be a need to work across all Trust sites from time to time and maintaining clinical competency will be equally important.

To work alongside the Interprofessional Practice Education Team (IPET) to provide support, guidance and education to Nursing Associates and other nursing staff new to care or new to post.

- disciplinary team in accordance with the Trust Values and Trust policies at all times.
The post holder will support United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Workforce & Education lead, Clinical Education Lead Nurse and the Pre-Registration Nurse OSCE Programme Lead within the educational opportunities which contribute to the provision of a workforce that is safe and collaborative, honest, accountable, innovative and respectful.
The Trust aspires to be a centre of excellence for healthcare education and as such the role of the post holder is to work in collaboration with ULHT Interprofessional Practice Education Team (IPET) staff to support where required, the continued development of the Trainee Nursing Associate programme (TNA) Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship (RNDA) education of qualified nurse associate / registered nurse education and training offer and also will have a specific focus on the pre-registration nurse OSCE training programme.
The post holder will support the new to register international nurse lead in the coordination and delivery of clinical educational programmes to support service situated learning opportunities and associated programmes.
