Overall, the post will require you to: - Provide a range of education and training to Patient Transport Services (PTS) as required, including but not limited to statutory andmandatory training and induction. Provide assessment and remedial training for staff following referrals from PTS managers. Monitor and evaluate the delivery of education, content and teaching materials to ensure the quality exceeds the minimum standards asrequired by internal and external quality assurance processes. Provide mentoring and where appropriate signpost students to pastoral services. At agreed times, undertake roster-based clinical duties by agreement with the Operations Management Team to support organisationalgoals and maintain personal skills.
