HTG (Health Transportation Group) is one of the UK’s largest Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPTS) providers, carrying out over 550,000 journeys on behalf of the NHS every year. We have a total of 15 operational bases across the UK, over 700 employees and are leading the way in delivering safe, caring, high-quality patient transport.

**What can you expect?**

Working as a **Controller/Planner,** located at our **Lincolnshire Headquarters**, you will play an important role in ensuring you efficiently and effectively influence our Patient Transport Service resources in order to ensure that the requirements of the booked patient journey are met.

The Control Centre provides the hub for operational decision making to ensure that patients receive the most appropriate response from the service.

In this role, you will ensure that decisions made are operationally and clinically appropriate, that you safeguard the patients and crews and are delivered within HTG and CQC quality, performance and governance frameworks. You will also be familiar with and adhere to service plans, policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indictors (KPI’s).

We have 5 full time (37.5 hours a week), permanent positions available, working between Monday - Sunday.

**Salary: £22,000 per annum**
