Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Membership Growth Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will drive membership growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About Us

The Chief of Staff Association is the largest membership organization for chiefs of staff globally, with members in over 70 countries.

As a Membership Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting interviews with potential members to explain the value of CSA membership and products.
  2. Managing external communications, including responding to inquiries and requests.
  3. Collaborating with accounts teams to manage sponsorships and facilitate onboarding.
  4. Assisting with invoicing and administrative tasks to enhance the member experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £49,000, plus benefits including 10 days paid sick leave, professional development stipend, and international travel opportunities.
