Job Role: HR Consultant

At Pertemps Bond, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our forward-thinking team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance and delivering services in line with agreed SLA's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their HR operational and strategic needs are met.
  • Provide ER and HR related advice to clients, offering best practice and commercially practical solutions.
  • Grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed.
  • Travel across the UK to visit clients on site.
  • Support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.

Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management or as an HR consultant.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
