About Us

Watches of Switzerland Group has moved our headquarters to a new, state-of-the-art office in Leicester. Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience at a Business Partner level, working in a Retail HR function, partnering Senior Field Leaders and developing a good understanding of business issues. They will provide critical support to Retail Teams, identifying themes and driving actions to support Retention, Engagement, Performance, Talent DE&I and Organisation Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting into the Head of HRBPs and Talent and partnering with the Field Managers in retail, you will ensure that the overall People Plan is aligned to the People Strategy to support the delivery of the overall business strategy.
  • Experience of managing and developing people towards high performance, strong project management skills and excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a generous benefits package, including Holiday Purchase Scheme, 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and many more perks.
