**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Leicester. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to Managers on HR issues, dealing with various HR queries, and supporting capability investigations.

The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5 qualification, at least 3 years of experience in a similar level HR role, and excellent knowledge of HR and Payroll systems.

You will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure a high-quality standard of work is produced within the HR team. You will also undertake projects as directed by the Head of HR and assist with day-to-day operational needs of the HR department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide guidance and advice to Managers on HR issues
  • Deal with various HR queries throughout the business
  • Support on capability investigations, including grievance, disciplinary, performance procedures
  • Assist with providing HR information for Tenders and TUPE as and when required
  • Ensure a high-quality standard of work is produced within the HR team

Salary: £34,000 per annum
