Flogas Britain Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team.

Job Description:
  • You will work closely with our HR Manager to provide administrative support, coordinate recruitment processes, and maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organisational development, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a salary range of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about HR and want to make a difference, please apply.
