Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Learning without Limits Academy Trust. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to our staff, ensuring that our policies and procedures are upheld, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in education in an HR capacity, holding or working towards a Level 5 HR qualification, and possessing strong IT skills and confidence in using cloud-based software systems. You will also have a proven track record of delivering exemplary HR support through exceptional customer service, managing a HR caseload, including conducting and supporting internal investigations, and applying policy and procedures sensitively. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-focused, and willing to seek out new ways of working. The successful candidate will also possess a high level of emotional intelligence and professional curiosity, enabling them to provide effective support to our staff.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be based at our central office, with regular travel to our Academies within the Trust. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Deliver exceptional HR support to staff, ensuring that our policies and procedures are upheld.
  2. Manage a HR caseload, including conducting and supporting internal investigations.
  3. Apply policy and procedures sensitively, ensuring that our staff receive fair and consistent treatment.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
