  • About the Role:
    • We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources function and drive business success in the Aerospace sector.
    • As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
      • Lead the HR team to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance
      • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing support to employees
      • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
      • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
      • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
      • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
      • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
      • Develop and manage the HR budget
      • Provide input to business cases and proposals to support business growth and development
      • Lead and manage the HR team to achieve business objectives
      • Develop and implement succession planning to ensure continuity of HR functions
      • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in HR
      • Develop and implement HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
      • Provide input to business strategies and plans to ensure alignment with HR objectives
      • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion
      • Lead and participate in organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and development
      • Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting to inform business decisions
      • Provide input to business performance management processes to ensure alignment with HR objectives
      • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and health
      • Lead and participate in organizational development initiatives to drive business growth and development

        • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Management within a similar industry
        • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations for ensuring compliance
        • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service and building positive relationships
        • Ability to motivate employees, recognize achievements, and handle sensitive issues with discretion and diplomacy
        • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or training, and adapt to changing project needs
        • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
        • Proven track record of delivering results in a previous role
        • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
        • Strong leadership and management skills
        • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
        • Experience working in a matrix organization
        • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
        • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HR systems and software
        • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
        • Experience working in a global organization
        • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
